On February 22, 2020, Ajipati (Betty) George passed away at age 95. She passed away at Rouge Valley Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 22nd, 1924 in Harlem, Guyana and moved to Toronto, Canada in 1992. She had twelve children that she cared for deeply. She was blessed with all her senses, and anyone that spent time with Ajipati would tell you that she was especially blessed with her amazing memory. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved her very much and will continue to uphold her legacy in her memory.
