It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Agatha Adams. She is now with her Lord after battling illness. She was the beloved daughter of Nathaniel and Jenither Smith. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, cherished sister, caring aunt, cousin and friend. She will be deeply missed by all. Visitation will be held on Friday September 28th, 2018 from 5 - 9 pm and on Saturday September 29th, 2018 from 1 - 2 pm at the York Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, 416-221-3404). The funeral service will also be held on Saturday September 29th, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Burial to follow at the York Cemetery.
