Abner Arriaga Del Aguila

March 21, 1936 -  January 16, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Abner Arriaga. He passed away peacefully in his 86th year at Scarborough General Hospital. Abner was the beloved and devoted husband of 50 years to Romelia Arriaga. He is survived by his loving children, Patricia, Francisca, and Nancy. He was the cherished grandfather of Rafael, Karlo (Cindy) and Dragoljub (Bouchra). His memory and legacy will live on through his great-grandchildren, Karlo Jr., Nathan, Santiago, Sebastian and Marcelo. Abner was predeceased by his parents, Maximo Arriaga Porto Carrero and Solia Angelica Del Aguila, and daughter, Lisbeth Arriaga.

Abner will be lovingly remembered by family and friends in Canada and Peru.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Friday January 20, 2023 at 11:30am at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centres - Pickering, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering. Following the service the burial will take place at Christ the King Cemetery, 7770 Steeles Ave E in Markham.
